We are looking for an
HR Trainee (internship of minimum 6 months)
Your mission
In collaboration with the Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:
o Initiating and optimizing new and existing internal HR processes
o Monitoring the administrative follow-up of the employees� pay, absences and leaves,
o Realizing monthly reportings
In collaboration with two HR Advisors, you will be also in charge of :
o The monitoring and development of several Human Resources Processes ( Health and Safety at work, Performance Review Process �)
o Communication towards the employees
o Recruitment: follow-up of applications and participation in interviews
o Coordinate the logistics of learning programs and set up the induction program
